Appointment Confirmations & Reminders
We will contact you via phone, email or SMS to confirm appointments made and remind you of upcoming appointments. We consider your having made the appointment as consent to undertake this activity but, if you want, you may opt out at any time.

 

Upon Arrival
As all our appointments are time based, please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment.

Arriving late for your appointment may mean your therapist is unable to perform the full treatment you were booked in for.

Beauty Indulgence prides itself on creating a relaxing and private environment.

Punctuality is key to maintaining the spa’s schedule and ensuring a positive experience for everyone; this ensures you will get to indulge in all the spa has to offer.

 

Rescheduling or Cancelling
If you need to change your appointment, provide as much notice as possible 24 hours’ notice you won’t be charged the $50 fee.

This allows the spa to accommodate other clients or adjust their schedule. And to ensure we can get you booked back in as soon as possible.

To the extent permitted by law, any payment received when booking your services with us is a non-refundable deposit.

In the event that you cancel your appointment more than 2 days prior to your appointed time, then the whole or part of the deposit may be refunded at our discretion.

 

How Do I book an Appointment?
You will need to register an account with us to use our online booking service. You will need a valid email address/username and password for your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, username and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account, username and/or password. You agree to provide only accurate, truthful information.

We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if you violate these terms and conditions or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in our salon’s best interests to do so.

How Do I book an Appointment when I have a Gift Voucher?
For booking a treatment with a Gift Voucher please call or email the Spa so we can schedule your treatment.

How Can I Pay for my Treatment?
We accept all major credit and debit cards and Afterpay is also available. Cash is also accepted.
Payment is required on the completion of your appointment.

 

Courtesy & Responsibility
Running late to your appointment puts stress on our therapist’s schedule. Please notify us as soon
as possible to see if we can accommodate you.

If your appointment has to be rescheduled because we are unable to fit you in, this is recognised as
a no show. If your therapist can see you, but has to reduce treatment to prevent interrupting
other client appointments, the charge of your original booked treatments/s will still apply.

Please make sure we have your correct contact details when booking and provide more than one
contact number if your regular contact is often unattended.

If a client acts in any way that is abusive towards employees, we have the right to deny service and
ask the client to leave the premises.

 

 

Gift Vouchers & Packages
All Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase.

We do not offer refunds on Gift Vouchers.

 

 

Mobile Phones
Please turn your mobile phone to silent while in the spa for your relaxation and the comfort of other guests.
Medical Conditions
It is important you advise us of any medical conditions, illnesses or skin conditions you may have, no
matter how minor. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, some of our treatments may not be safe.
Ensure you communicate with your therapists any prescription medication, vitamins or supplements
you are taking.

 

Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us and all records at Beauty Indulgence are kept confidential. Your personal information provided to us remains a part of Beauty Indulgence and is not sold to any third party organisations.
