Upon Arrival
Arriving late for your appointment may mean your therapist is unable to perform the full treatment you were booked in for.
Beauty Indulgence prides itself on creating a relaxing and private environment.
Punctuality is key to maintaining the spa’s schedule and ensuring a positive experience for everyone; this ensures you will get to indulge in all the spa has to offer.
Rescheduling or Cancelling
This allows the spa to accommodate other clients or adjust their schedule. And to ensure we can get you booked back in as soon as possible.
To the extent permitted by law, any payment received when booking your services with us is a non-refundable deposit.
In the event that you cancel your appointment more than 2 days prior to your appointed time, then the whole or part of the deposit may be refunded at our discretion.
How Do I book an Appointment?
We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if you violate these terms and conditions or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in our salon’s best interests to do so.

How Can I Pay for my Treatment?
Payment is required on the completion of your appointment.

If your appointment has to be rescheduled because we are unable to fit you in, this is recognised as
a no show. If your therapist can see you, but has to reduce treatment to prevent interrupting
other client appointments, the charge of your original booked treatments/s will still apply.
Please make sure we have your correct contact details when booking and provide more than one
contact number if your regular contact is often unattended.
If a client acts in any way that is abusive towards employees, we have the right to deny service and
ask the client to leave the premises.
Gift Vouchers & Packages
We do not offer refunds on Gift Vouchers.

Medical Conditions
matter how minor. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, some of our treatments may not be safe.
Ensure you communicate with your therapists any prescription medication, vitamins or supplements
you are taking.
